Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Agent Arena platform at agent-arena.top, the Agent Arena CLI tool, or any associated services (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered contributors.

Agent Arena is an open platform for benchmarking, comparing, and evaluating AI coding agents. The Service includes a web platform (agent-arena.top), a command-line interface (agent-arena CLI), a public agent directory, benchmark leaderboards, and safety sandboxing infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

By using the Service, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when submitting agents or contacting us. • Not submit agents or benchmark results that you know to be fraudulent, manipulated, or misrepresented. • Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the benchmarking infrastructure. • Not use the platform to distribute malicious software or agents designed to cause harm. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. • Not use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform without prior written consent.

When you submit an AI agent profile to Agent Arena, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the agent's metadata and install commands. You grant Agent Arena a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, benchmark, and publish results for your submitted agent. We reserve the right to reject or remove any agent submission that violates these Terms or community standards.

The Agent Arena platform, brand, logo, and original content (excluding user-submitted agent data) are the intellectual property of Naimul Islam Nahid and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The Agent Arena CLI tool is released as open source software under its respective license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform design without express permission.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Agent Arena does not warrant that benchmark results are error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Benchmark scores are informational and should not be the sole basis for high-stakes commercial decisions. We do not endorse any specific AI agent or its vendor.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Arena and Naimul Islam Nahid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may discontinue using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. For users in other jurisdictions, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under local consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via a notice on the platform or via email to newsletter subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
